Placing An Order
Our website has been designed to keep this process fast and simple.
- Ensure your email address is correct and operational
- All confirmations are sent to that address
- Your card will be debited immediately using industry leading Paypal
- A confirmation email will be automatically generated
Packaging
All standard items are wrapped in black tissue paper inside an environmentally friendly black box. This is in turn posted inside a black bubble wrap envelope. This ensures that your purchase is well protected and attractively presented.
Delivery
FREE on all orders over £50.00.
£2.95 on orders under £50.00.
Orders over £50.00 will be sent 1st class recorded delivery. This will require a signature upon receipt.
Orders under £50.00 will be sent 1st class post.
Orders placed before 12 noon should arrive within 2-4 working days. Please contact us at help@alldolledupjewellery.com if your order has not been received within this timeframe.
Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your order or return your delivery within 7 working days of receipt.
The items must be back with us within 14 days of your receipt.
Pierced products (eg earrings cannot be returned because of
current Health and Hygiene legislation).
All items returned must be accompanied by a returns authorisation document which can be printed off from returns@alldolledupjewellery.com.
Returned goods will be subject to a full refund (less postage and package), providing goods are returned in perfect condition, un-worn with original tags and packaging.
Please ensure the item being returned is sent back by 1st class
recorded delivery.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure the
package.
All postage costs incurred are your responsibility.
In the unlikely event of your goods being damaged on receipt, please contact help@alldolledupjewellery.com within 48 hours.
